The big picture

I am passionate about education and best practices in leadership. It is my fundamental belief that diversity, equity, and inclusion are key elements to sustaining individual and institutional impact.Through my experiences, I have grown to enjoy educational management and operating in the non-profit sector. I am skillful at strategic thinking (vision & strategy), turning concepts into reality (execution), building and developing teams (management), galvanizing others for a common cause (influencing), and building lifelong partners (cultivation & stewardship). However, I ultimately seek to strengthen others in their roles as leaders. Think we'd be a fit? Learn more & contact me below!

My Professional Profile

Up Close & Personal

First & foremost, I believe in the work that I do. It's always, purpose over process. This belief has carried me through a multitude of experiences where I've been able to shape the leadership of my teams and continue to push organizations forward. With every experience, I approach problems with the belief that there is ALWAYS a solution, no matter how great or complex and that a developed, talented leadership force is always at the crux of innovative design.

I am the Owner of NJM Coaching & Consulting where I aspire to support organizations to build and strengthen their day-to-day business practices by honing in on a bold vision and developing a clear execution strategy. I've had the honor of serving in many capacities (listed below) and hope to continue to use these experiences to grow more leaders in my community and across the nation.
